TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Boltz Electronics online store and purchases made from Boltz Electronics Ltd.
Throughout these Terms, “Boltz Electronics”, “Boltz”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Boltz Electronics Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or person using our website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
ONE. ABOUT BOLTZ ELECTRONICS LTD
Boltz Electronics Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales and operates the Boltz Electronics online store.
We supply premium electronics, wellness, recovery, rehabilitation and related specialist equipment.

TWO. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, knowingly introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of the website or use it in a manner that violates applicable law.

THREE. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.
Some technical specifications, photographs and other product information are supplied by manufacturers or authorised suppliers.
Manufacturers may occasionally update products, packaging or minor specifications.
Where a material change affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform the customer where required.
Images are provided to assist customers in identifying and understanding products. Differences caused by screen settings, photography or minor manufacturer updates may occur.
FOUR. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency presented to the customer.
Any delivery charges, taxes, duties or other mandatory charges for which the customer is responsible will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
Where delivery or Delivered Duty Paid arrangements are included in a product price, the applicable product and destination information should be read together with our Shipping Policy.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order. You will be given the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund of any payment already made.
FIVE. PLACING AN ORDER
When you submit an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected goods.
You will normally receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Boltz Electronics Ltd is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or otherwise communicate acceptance in accordance with the checkout and ordering process.
Please check your order information carefully before completing your purchase.
SIX. AVAILABILITY AND ORDER VERIFICATION
All products are subject to availability.
Some products are manufactured, sourced, assembled or dispatched by manufacturers or suppliers following an order.
We may verify availability, specifications, configuration, delivery information and other relevant order details before fulfilment.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
SEVEN. PAYMENT
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You must provide accurate and complete payment, billing and contact information.
Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify and authorised third-party payment providers.
EIGHT. DELIVERY
Available delivery information, charges and estimated delivery periods will be displayed or communicated where applicable.
Some Boltz Electronics products are large, specialist or high-value goods and may require specialist freight arrangements.
Some products may be dispatched directly by approved manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses or logistics partners.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
Where applicable consumer law provides rights concerning delayed delivery, those rights remain unaffected.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and suitable contact information.
For large products, customers should ensure that reasonable access is available at the delivery address and should check relevant dimensions and access requirements before ordering.
NINE. RISK IN THE GOODS
For consumer purchases, responsibility for accidental loss or damage normally remains with Boltz Electronics Ltd until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf, subject to applicable law.
TEN. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For most goods purchased online, UK consumers normally have a legal right to cancel without giving a reason.
For eligible goods, the cancellation period normally expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the applicable cancellation period may run from receipt of the final item where required by law.
You must clearly inform Boltz Electronics Ltd of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

Business Customers and Commercial Orders
For purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes, the customer is purchasing as a business and not as a consumer. Consumer cancellation or cooling-off rights do not apply to such purchases.
Business orders may be cancelled only with the written agreement of Boltz Electronics Ltd. Once goods have entered production, been specially ordered or allocated to the customer, or have been dispatched by the manufacturer or supplier, the order may not be cancelled for change-of-mind reasons and the customer remains responsible for the agreed purchase price and applicable charges.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract
ELEVEN. MADE-TO-ORDER, PERSONALISED AND BESPOKE GOODS
Some products may be manufactured, assembled, sourced or ordered from a supplier after an order is placed. This fact alone does not remove statutory cancellation rights.
Under applicable UK consumer law, an exception to change-of-mind cancellation rights may apply where goods are genuinely made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Where a product is genuinely being produced or modified to a customer's individual, non-standard specification and the statutory exception applies, this will be made clear before the contract is formed.
A product will not be treated as bespoke merely because it is described as “made to order”, is not held in our own stock or is ordered from a manufacturer or supplier following purchase.
Nothing in this section affects statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
TWELVE. RETURNS
Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, eligible goods must normally be sent back without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
You must contact Boltz Electronics Ltd for the appropriate return procedure and authorised return destination.
Products should not be returned directly to manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses or addresses appearing on packaging unless Boltz Electronics Ltd has specifically authorised that destination.
For change-of-mind cancellations, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods to the return location authorised by Boltz Electronics Ltd, where this responsibility has been disclosed before the contract is formed and applicable law permits it.
Large, heavy or specialist products may require specialist freight or collection arrangements.

THIRTEEN. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Goods supplied by Boltz Electronics Ltd must comply with applicable consumer law.
For UK consumers, this includes requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose where applicable and conformity with description.
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description, please contact Boltz Electronics Ltd as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending upon the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, collection, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act twenty fifteen or other applicable consumer legislation.
FOURTEEN. WARRANTIES
Certain products may include a manufacturer's or supplier's commercial warranty.
Where a separate warranty applies, relevant information may be provided on the product page, with the product or in accompanying documentation.
Any manufacturer's or commercial warranty is additional to and does not replace or restrict statutory consumer rights against Boltz Electronics Ltd as the retailer.
FIFTEEN. SUPPLIER-DIRECT FULFILMENT
Boltz Electronics Ltd may use manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, logistics companies or other third parties to store, dispatch or deliver products.
Where a third party fulfils an order on our behalf, the consumer's purchase remains with Boltz Electronics Ltd unless clearly stated otherwise before the contract is formed.
Third-party fulfilment does not remove statutory responsibilities that Boltz Electronics Ltd has to its customers.
SIXTEEN. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Boltz Electronics Ltd may sell products to customers in multiple countries and regions.
Some products may be manufactured, stored or dispatched outside the customer's country.
Delivery, tax, customs and duty arrangements vary according to product and destination.
Where a product is supplied on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, the applicable delivery arrangement will be communicated or displayed as appropriate.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable to an international transaction continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded or varied by contract.
SEVENTEEN. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Boltz Electronics Ltd may occasionally offer discounts, promotional codes or special offers.
Individual promotions may have additional conditions, including eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
Promotional pricing and conditions will be presented in accordance with applicable law.
EIGHTEEN. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Boltz Electronics name, branding, website design and original content created for Boltz Electronics Ltd are owned by or licensed to Boltz Electronics Ltd.
Third-party product names, trademarks, photographs, videos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
Content from our website may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission except where permitted by law.
NINETEEN. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to or functionality provided by third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers and Shopify.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Boltz Electronics Ltd is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology that enables us to operate the store, but products purchased through the Boltz Electronics store are sold by Boltz Electronics Ltd unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shopify may process information in accordance with its own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Where customers are permitted to submit reviews, photographs or other content, that material must be lawful, genuine and must not infringe another person's rights.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading or irrelevant material.
Where you submit content for publication, you grant Boltz Electronics Ltd reasonable permission to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.
