High-Value & Project Equipment Orders

Our high-value and project equipment is supplied through a confirmed-order process. This allows Boltz Electronics to verify the exact product specification, current manufacturer availability, delivery arrangements, site requirements where relevant, and support arrangements before an order is committed to the manufacturer.

How the process works

1. Send your enquiry. Tell us the product or model you are interested in, your delivery country and postcode, and whether the purchase is for private or business use.

2. We confirm the order details. We review the required configuration, current availability, delivery and import arrangements, relevant site requirements, and warranty or support information.

3. We confirm the purchasing route. For business or project purchases, additional order documentation may be provided where appropriate.

4. Written confirmation. We provide the final order details before committing the order to the manufacturer.

5. Track your shipment. For supported tracked deliveries, available tracking information is provided after dispatch so you can follow key stages of the journey, including international transit, customs clearance and final delivery.

Submitting an enquiry does not itself create a manufacturer commitment. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.
