How we select products
Our starting point is the engineering. We look beyond supplier marketing and review the specifications, construction, capability, documentation and ownership support that matter for each category. Where important information is unclear or conflicting, we investigate it before treating it as confirmed.
Why we choose differently
A high price does not automatically make a product premium. We want products to earn their place in the Boltz range through meaningful engineering, useful capability, appropriate build quality and a support path that makes sense after the sale.
Our product tiers are intended to reflect genuine differences in equipment and capability, not simply increasing price tags.
High-value purchases deserve a different level of care
Many Boltz products are substantial purchases. For specialist and high-value equipment, we may confirm the exact configuration, current manufacturer availability, delivery arrangements, site requirements and applicable support before manufacturer commitment.
Customers are welcome to contact us before ordering. We would rather clarify an important technical, delivery or support question before purchase than leave it unanswered.
