SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: September twenty twenty-six

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with Boltz Electronics Ltd, trading as Boltz Electronics, are processed, dispatched and delivered.

Please review the delivery information applicable to your product and destination before completing your purchase.

DELIVERY AREAS

Boltz Electronics Ltd currently supplies selected products to customers in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada and European countries.

Product availability and delivery arrangements may vary according to the product, manufacturer, supplier, destination and logistics network.

Some remote, offshore or difficult-to-service locations may require additional arrangements or may not be available for delivery.

Where an additional delivery charge or alternative arrangement is required, we will contact the customer before proceeding. No additional delivery charge will be imposed without the customer's agreement.

ORDER PROCESSING

After an order is placed, Boltz Electronics Ltd may verify product availability, configuration, delivery information and fulfilment arrangements before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode or ZIP code, telephone number and any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

Where additional information is required, we will contact the customer using the details supplied with the order.

If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include an agreed alternative, revised delivery arrangement or full refund.

SUPPLIER-DIRECT FULFILMENT

Many Boltz Electronics Ltd products are large, specialist or high-value items and may be dispatched directly from approved manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses or logistics partners.

Although a product may be shipped directly by one of these parties, the customer's purchase remains with Boltz Electronics Ltd as the retailer.

Boltz Electronics Ltd remains the customer's point of contact regarding the order, delivery, cancellation, damage, faults, returns and after-sales support unless we specifically instruct the customer otherwise.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary according to the product, manufacturer, destination and shipping method.

The estimated delivery period applicable to a product may be displayed on the product page, during checkout or communicated directly to the customer.

Some products are manufactured, prepared, configured or sourced following receipt of an order and therefore have longer lead times than ordinary stocked consumer goods.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates unless a particular delivery date has expressly been agreed as binding.

We will provide updated information where we become aware of a material delay.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to delayed delivery.

LARGE AND SPECIALIST PRODUCTS

Many products supplied by Boltz Electronics Ltd, including massage chairs, hyperbaric chambers, float therapy systems, rehabilitation equipment and other specialist equipment, are large or heavy and may require freight delivery.

Delivery may therefore involve pallets, crates, specialist carriers, tail-lift vehicles or other freight arrangements depending upon the product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery does not automatically include installation, assembly, positioning inside the customer's property, removal of doors or fixtures, structural alterations, electrical work, plumbing work, lifting equipment or disposal of packaging.

Where installation or another additional service is included, this will be stated separately.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Customers purchasing large equipment are responsible for checking that reasonable access is available at the delivery location.

Before ordering, customers should consider relevant door widths, corridors, stairways, lifts, gateways, floor loading, turning space and other access restrictions appropriate to the product.

Where specialist access equipment or additional labour becomes necessary because of circumstances at the delivery location that were not disclosed beforehand, additional arrangements and charges may be required. These will be discussed with the customer before additional chargeable work is undertaken.

DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

Specialist freight carriers may contact customers directly to arrange or confirm delivery.

Customers should ensure that the telephone number and email address supplied with their order are accurate.

Where an appointment has been agreed, an adult capable of accepting delivery should be available where required.

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available at an agreed appointment or because reasonable access has not been provided, reasonable redelivery, storage or carrier charges may arise where permitted by law.

DELIVERED DUTY PAID AND IMPORT ARRANGEMENTS

Certain international products may be offered with Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, delivery.

Where Boltz Electronics Ltd expressly confirms that an order is supplied on a DDP basis, the applicable delivery arrangement will include the import duties and taxes specified as being covered by that arrangement.

DDP treatment applies only where expressly stated for the relevant product and destination.

For orders not expressly supplied on a DDP basis, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination charges may apply. Any customer responsibility for such charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law before the contract is formed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges vary according to the product and destination.

Where delivery is included in the advertised product price, this will be indicated on the relevant product or checkout information.

Where an additional delivery charge applies, it will be displayed or agreed with the customer before the order proceeds.

We will not impose an undisclosed additional delivery charge after a contract has been formed.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Where an order is dispatched using a tracked freight or delivery service, Boltz Electronics Ltd will provide the customer with the available tracking information after dispatch.

Depending on the shipping method, this may include a tracking number, online tracking link and live shipment-status updates showing key stages of the journey, including transit, customs clearance and final delivery.

Tracking information and the level of detail available may vary according to the carrier, freight method, destination and stage of the journey.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should inspect the external condition of delivered goods and packaging as soon as reasonably practicable.

If visible transit damage is apparent, please photograph the packaging and product and contact Boltz Electronics Ltd as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, we recommend reporting visible transit damage promptly because this assists us in dealing with carriers and suppliers.

Failure to report damage immediately does not remove statutory consumer rights.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING GOODS

If goods arrive damaged, materially incomplete, incorrectly supplied or are not as described, please contact Boltz Electronics Ltd.

We may request photographs, video, packaging information, serial numbers or other reasonable evidence to help identify the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Any remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return and Refund Policy.

RISK DURING DELIVERY

For consumer purchases, risk of accidental loss or damage normally remains with Boltz Electronics Ltd until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer, or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by Boltz Electronics Ltd, different statutory rules may apply.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasionally delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, customs disruption, transport disruption, port congestion, industrial action or other exceptional circumstances.

Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to keep the customer informed.

Nothing in this policy removes any statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund where applicable because goods have not been delivered within the legally required or agreed period.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY DETAILS

If you need to change a delivery address or other delivery information after placing an order, contact Boltz Electronics Ltd as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has entered production, processing or dispatch.

We will never redirect a high-value shipment without appropriate verification.

REFUSED OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers should not refuse delivery as a method of cancelling or returning an order unless Boltz Electronics Ltd has specifically instructed them to do so.

Unauthorised refusal may result in storage, redelivery or return freight charges. Such charges will only be passed to the customer or deducted from a refund where permitted by applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Delivery arrangements do not remove statutory cancellation or return rights.

Information about cancellations, returns, bespoke goods, faulty goods and refunds is contained in our Return and Refund Policy.

CONTACT

Questions regarding delivery should be directed to Boltz Electronics Ltd using the current contact information published on our website.

Please include your order number where available so that we can identify the relevant product and delivery arrangement.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping and Delivery Policy excludes, restricts or replaces statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
